Senior Engineer - Quality - Vehicle Assembly (5-8 yrs)
1. Exposure of Vehicle Assembly Quality Function.
2. Knowledge of vehicle assembly process (Trim, Underbody, Final, Road test, Shower test)
3. Hands on expertise of problems solving with application of relevant 7QC tool.
4. Knowledge of implementation of IATF 16949 and OHSAS .
5. Daily reports and Monthly reports preparation and driving improvements for reduction of Assembly Defect per vehicle, Product Audit Score.
6. Exposure to road test& Shower test, Diagnosis of road test & Shower test issues and Driving improvements for reduction of defects per vehicle.
7. Monitoring Improvement of First time Quality for month by moth FTQ % increase .
