Senior Engineer - Retrofit Execution (5-8 yrs)
Senior Engineer Retrofit Execution
- Execution of Retrofit projects as per our contractual commitments.
- Co-ordination with Contractors, Customers & procurement team.
- Ensuring smooth execution of work as per the schedule & site requirement.
- Generating Procurement Requisitions as per project requirement.
- Collection of milestone payments of the project through invoicing, so as to maintain a healthy WIP ratio.
- Supervising draftsmen and design engineers for project design and drawing preparation.
- Closure of projects to achieve target as per budget.
- Supervision of a team of retrofit execution engineers/supervisors. Good communication skill, project Management skill and thorough technical Knowledge of HVAC system & experience of handling multiple HVAC projects simultaneously.
- Must be a Team Leader.
Education : BE/Diploma Mech
