Senior Engineer - STD Room Incharge (5-7 yrs)

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (BE/DME).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in a machine shop environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in a leading role within the standard room.
- Certification in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is required.
- Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, GD&T, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with various machining processes, including CNC turning, honing, and grinding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
