The key responsibilities of the role include :
- Understand customer requirements, prepare specifications/ CAD drawings
- Identify/finalise vendors, negotiate commercials, arrange offers, coordinate placing purchase orders, perform quality inspections
- Collaborate with people across various functions for installations at customer sites
- Ensure all new systems have training plans and materials
- Provide technical support to Company sales and service personnel
- Identify, initiate and manage improvement projects
- Ensure that all documentation is updated for newly developed/upgraded systems
