Senior Executive Assistant (10-15 yrs)
- Assembling documents / folders required for meetings and conferences.
- Coordination of meeting schedules, appointments, & conference calls, etc.
- Assisting in all correspondence by maintaining files, collection of information for the Meeting.
- Preparation of the Minutes of the Meeting.
- To follow up on open items of minutes & thereafter for timely closure.
- Handling M.D's Desk. (Inbox & Calls)
- Ensuring adherence to various deadlines by active follow ups with internal staff and external entities.
- To coordinate all aspects of domestic travel arrangements & accommodations for M.D.
- Always suggest cost effective & optimal travel solutions.
- Prepare Various MIS reports as advised by the M.D from time to time.
- To handle visitors & being responsible for their hospitality.
- Travel with M.D within city & out of city.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : (GRADUATE - ANY SPECIALIZATION)
WORK EXPERIENCE : 12 to 15 Years Import Export industry/Logistics Firm/CHA/Import/Export Consultancy Firm.
