Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Machine Design (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
Key Result Areas :
1. Design and development of Machines, Low-cost Automations & Fixtures
2. Organize and maintain existing engineering record.
3. Engineering support for New Product Development.
Responsibilities :
1. Conceptualization, design and simulation, preparation of drawings and bill of materials.
2. Implementing and testing design concepts
3. Publishing reports documenting the design details of new projects and qualification test results.
4. Selection of mechanical and electrical systems and products by applying principles of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and materials.
5. Project execution & commercialization as per plan.
6. Gantt chart & maintain all project related documents
7. Effective budget utilization
8. Effective departmental spares store.
9. Interacting with suppliers for timely execution of projects.
10. Troubleshooting skill for breakdown, analysis and correction.
11. Collect, maintain and analyze records, propose improvements.
12. Sustain 5s, Safety, housekeeping and Kaizen culture.
