Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Purchase - Electrical/Switchgear (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- New product development, factory purchases for consumable, CAPEX, subcontracting, RM along with respective lead buyers.
- Represent purchase function in cross functional meetings at assigned projects & activities.
- Prepare database, maintain & update requirements for the respective commodities, activities, ERP & MIS.
- Identify new supplier base, work on VA/VE proposals, contribute to departmental KPI related to savings, DPO.
- Monitor Supplier performance, closely coordinate with QA, Procurement, A/C & other departments to resolve day to day open points.
- Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management & Negotiation, New Vendor Development & Management.
Desired background and experience :
- 4 to 7 Years Relevant work experience of direct purchase, ideally within purchase/ sourcing/ pricing/ strategic purchasing/ procurement. Electrical product (Switchgear, Panel, etc) manufacturing industry.
Qualification : BE Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics
