Job Description Main Purpose of the Job : Responsible for erection and maintenance job of transmission network (132kV / 220kV / 400kV) of the Company.

Key accountabilities : On time execution of project and maintenance jobs.

End Result Key Activities : Ensuring 100% reliability of transmission network.

This Role Reports to : Deputy General Manager (Transmission)

Brief Role Description :

- To execute / interface with all phases of the project, including construction, design and engineering.

- To ensure smooth and timely execution of all activities keeping both safety and cost consciousness at focus.

- To conduct Topographic survey, Route Survey for Right of Way, Marking for Trenching, Back-filling & location marking for foundation.

- To maintain and establish liasion with local and administration and civic bodies.

- To establish control points relative to work requirements, travelling, setting outs etc.

Desired Profile Key Skills : Should be well versed with

- project management of medium / large size EPC projects of Transmission Lines;

- supervising and problem solving;

- communication with both external and internal stakeholders.

Experience :

- At least 6 - 8 years Post Qualification Experience in reputed organisation;

- Ability to be proactive, self-driven with the capacity to work in a dynamic work environment;

- Excellent analytical, written & verbal communication skills.
