Senior Executive Engineer (8-18 yrs)
Job Description :
- Having technical knowledge, to handle MEP (Electrical & HVAC)
- Computer knowledge.
- Daily Site report to be submitted to Facility Manager in the evening
- Taking site round for technical aspects and ensure the work is carried as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the work order.
- Assisting F.M in forwarding Monthly MMR.
- Assisting F.M in preparation of Comparative & NFA for procurement of material at site.
- Overall supervision of HVAC, Electro-Mechanical, Plumbing, (MEP) STP, Civil, Carpentary work.
- Ensure timely cleaning of tanks as per the given schedule (Fire / Flush / Domestic / STP)
- Ensure complaints are rectified in stipulate period of time and reporting to F.M
- Assisting F.M in checking of all contractors- musters and vendor bills at site.
- Ensure that the PPM of FA/FF system is done on timely basis as per PPM Schedule.
- Assisting F.M in Co-coordinating with vendors towards work to be done as per AMC work orders issued at site.
- Checking of all Bills, Attendance, Technical register, log books, stock registers and equipment cards and reporting to F.M
- Supervision of swimming pool and STP filtration plant.
Qualification : Graduate
