Senior Executive Engineer - Electrical Equipment Maintenance (4-10 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Responsible for maintenance & upkeepment of machines & plant facilities.
- To support production activities to achieve targets according to cycle time.
- To control spare parts consumption rate, value addition to the production.
- Formal prerequisites for the position
Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics.
Experience :
- 3-10 years in the field of maintenance.
- Preferably in engineering industry & exposure in CNC machine maintenance.
Critical Competency :
- Knowledge and hands-on skill on Siemens CNC, PLC, VFD, HMI
- Good manpower management skills.
- Cost consciousness
- Knowledge of programming / Troubleshooting Siemens PLC, SCADA.
- Spare parts and inventory management.
- Should be conversant with IATF/ISO, EMS, OHSAS, 5S & TPM standards, documentation & possess strong analytical skills.
Tasks (Description of main tasks) :
- To look after 3 shifts break down activities.
- To look after machine maintenance and utilities activities.
- Preventive maintenance planning and maintain in SAP EP1.
- Monitoring machine health based on MTBF (Mean time between failures) principles.
- Analyzing machine interruptions in scientific way
- Maintaining & ensuring availability of machine spare parts & advance planning for critical spares
- Actively work for energy saving project.
- Responsible for Keeping the machinery and equipment in running condition at all times with zero loss time.
- Ensuring & supporting production team in productivity improvement measures.
- Participate in specific excellence drive like FFQ/ MOVE/ SPS and other programs as defined by the organization time to time.
- Maintain 5S, safety, environment to benchmarking standard.
- Managing contractors & monitoring their activities.
- Follow work instructions / checklists and other required documentation at all stages.
