Senior Executive - Health/Safety & Environmental - Mining & Mineral Processing Plant (5-15 yrs)
Job Description
- Candidate must have experience from Mining or Mineral Processing Plant or Oil/Gas
- Leveraging extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management to ensure regulatory compliance, minimize risks, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Proven track record in leading and managing HSE teams.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. English and French is a must. Swahili is plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in critical situations.
- HSE Management system implementation and improvement
- HSE Risk Monitoring and management
- Language: English, French and Swahili
