Major Responsibilities

- Engagement in manufacturing activities as per requirement.

- Drive GMP at shop floor.

- Responsible for execution of Internal Audit processes in production.

- Responsible for managing & adherence of Opex & Capex plan as per business plan and production

- Identify/develop recurring savings and purchase strategies to reduce cost and deliver CIP targets specific to plant

- Identification of new vendors/vendor addition in to SAP system

- PR to PO, Open PO, Confirmatory PO, PO edit reports preparation and timely submission as per SOX compliance

- Preparation of Service Level Agreement/Commercial agreement through coordination with legal department and end users

- Preparation of Letter of Intent/Purchase order considering lowest cost/ cost of ownership and quality through SAP system

- Responsible for processing invoice as per authority matrix, provisioning as per Company's calendar and square off of advances

- Representative of non-stock procurement during Internal/Statutory/regulatory/ Excise Audit

- Responsible for compliance & regulatory taxation requirement for Plant and procurement procedures

- Ensure Due diligence in case of Third part intermediary interacting with Government officials for company business

- Conducts Proactive data analysis and identifies opportunities for improvement

- Observes and promotes all regulatory requirements as defined per applicable regulations, rules and procedures established by the Company, and notifies any violation or deviation to the immediate supervisor or appropriate authority.

- Complies with all training requirements to perform duties of the job

- Effectively support internal customers by way of best in class customer centric approach and connect

Experience and Key Competencies

- Minimum of 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / planning role

- Experience of working in a regulated industry like Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices is highly desirable

- Working knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements

- Knowledge of Lean, Project Management and Six Sigma best practices

- Computer Skills (Microsoft Power-point, Microsoft Excel)
