Senior Executive - MEP (4-6 yrs)

Job Summary :
- We're seeking an experienced Senior Executive - MEP to join our team, overseeing and managing MEP works on commercial base build projects.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pre-construction, vendor appointment, MEP budgeting, and contract administration, with excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage and oversee MEP works, including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, IBMS, Elevators, LV/ELV, DG Sets, etc.
2. Coordinate with main civil and other agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Oversee vendor appointment, MEP budgeting, and contract administration.
4. Ensure compliance with EHS and MIS standards.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
6. Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
7. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
8. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements :
1. BE/BTech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
2. 4-6 years of experience in managing MEP works on commercial base build projects.
3. Strong knowledge of pre-construction, vendor appointment, MEP budgeting, and contract administration.
4. Experience working with IPCs and familiarity with EHS and MIS standards.
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
