Senior Executive/Officer - Production (3-7 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Cosmetic/Herbal cosmetics batch manufacturing as per BOM, like Creams/Lotions/ Packs/Scrubs/Oil/Shampoos/Face washes etc.& supervision of production activities.
- Handling of equipments like Universal mixture & other manufacturing equipments related to the manufacturing of Cosmetic/Herbal products.
- Production planning, training & manpower allocation
- Supervision of day to day Cosmetic/Herbal Manufacturing/Filling/Packing actives.
- Preparation & verification documents of all activities includes BMRs, SOPs, STPs, Manuals, and Policy Guidelines for cosmetic products.
- Incorporation and implementation of safety programs and accreditation such as HACCP, QS, GMP etc.
- Preparation/Maintenance of all documents & records related to manufacturing/Production activities.
- Production entries Yield/Wastage reports, record etc.
- Daily/ monthly production reports preparation.
- Machine cleaning & sanitizing record etc.
- SAP working knowledge.
