Senior Executive - Operation (1-2 yrs)

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications :
- Handling telecom vendors for purchasing toll-free numbers & PRI devices.
- Taking care of existing assets like Laptop, Mobile, routers, servers.
- Troubleshooting the problems in devices.
- Coordinating with sales team for updating the toll free numbers.
- Taking care of new purchase of devices.
- Taking care of building and reconciliation and invoice.
- Preparing MIS report for all the work done.
- Updating the list of toll free number send used numbers.
- Communicating with vendors for all kind of coordination.
- Communicating with Telecom operators for resolving the Telecom issues.
