Job Description:
1) Review drawings, QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and MTO (Material Takeoff) in advance to understand the project requirement
2) Review of QAP (Quality Assurance Process) and ensure on time stage clearance at all levels
3) Ensure compliance to ASME Code requirements by conducting actual inspection of raw material and fabrication stages and testing in Process Equipments which are manufactured under reputed Third Party Inspection (TPI) agency
4) Do inspection of assembly (shell courses, barrels, skirt assembly, tube sheets, nozzles etc.) and testing of coded pressure vessels
5) Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) compliance while carry out all Quality control activities under TPI's and demonstrate the same to clients during assessment audits
6) Prepare and update the inspection formats for actual inspection and QC activities
7) Review vendor report for correctness and completeness
Qualifications Required: Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Production)
Special Skills Required:
1) Knowledge of Quality certifications of ASME, IBR, etc.
2) Knowledge of certifications like ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
3) Knowledge of NDT Level II Certification in RT (Radiography Test) / UT (Ultrasonic Test)
4) Knowledge of sequence of Manufacturing processes
5) Computer Proficiency

Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality function in Process Equipment industry (in manufacturing Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors and Heat Exchangers etc.)
