Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fabric Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The Fabric Merchandiser will play a crucial role in management of fabric materials for our diverse range of products. This role requires a keen understanding of textile manufacturing processes, and a proactive approach to meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Ensure seamless factory coordination.

2.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

3.Collaborate with the design and production teams to select suitable fabrics for new product development initiatives. Provide input on fabric specifications, trends, and market preferences to drive innovation and competitiveness.

4.Coordinate with internal teams to process fabric orders, monitor inventory levels, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and any changes or delays.

5. Conduct quality inspections of fabric materials upon receipt to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Address any quality issues or concerns promptly.

6.Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory, procurement transactions, and supplier/vendor communications. Generate reports on fabric availability, usage, and procurement activities to support decision-making processes.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to fabric materials. Provide insights and recommendations to management on market opportunities, pricing strategies, and product positioning.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Merchandising, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 3 years working in textile industry.

3. Strong knowledge of fabric types, properties, and manufacturing processes.

4. Excellent communication, and interpersonal and follow up skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under a fast-paced environment.

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Timing: Monday-Saturday 9:30AM - 6:30PM
