Senior Field Application Engineer (5-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
1.Provide End-application total solution & technical & product advice & recommendations to end users & customers (pre & post sales).
2.Technology training & track leads & plan database, organize seminars for customers, handle customer complaints & follow up on delivery/commitment.
3. Update customers on new product information & record response. Update competitive environment. Report market intelligence and recommend marketing strategy, pricing policy and implement promotion activities.
4. Call end users, visit key accounts/customers to understand needs & complaints, provide technical information & support & suggestion solution, and prepare proposals to meet needs and overcome objections.
5. Coordinate and provide assistance to customer survey, participate in special products, control business expenses
Job Purpose:
1.To create value for Vishay through sales of all Vishay brands, within corporate guidelines, with the objective of increasing market share and revenue in INDIA.
2. To provide technology support and total solution of all Vishay brands.
