Required Field Service Engineer - Senior for the Top Brand in Analytical Instruments

Location : Delhi

- Candidate who provides post-sales support on entire Range of Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry range technical services mainly for GC, GCMS/MS,, GC- Tof to external customers. 

- This includes reactive actions that result in a timely and cost effective problem resolution for customer and proactive preventive actions. May support 3rd party products and will visits customer sites. Leverages post sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities.

- Will support liquid phase products including GC, GCMS-SQ, GCMS-QQQ GC-ToF Installation/demonstrations in North India mainly but travel is not restricted to North only.

- Requirement to deliver customer training, troubleshooting, method developments & transfers in the above listed product lines.

- Requirement to support related to low volume products like RGA, Analyser, Micro GC .

- Determines and develops approaches to assignments.

- Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers.

- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.

Role :

- You will be responsible for supporting the customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions. Our varied product lines include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.

- Installs and optimises hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.

- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.

- Performs maintenance and repairs

- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.

- Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.

- Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software.

- Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions
