Designation - Sr.GM & Head - Commercial & SCM-CPC Technical
(CANDIDATES FROM AGRI-PHARMA / PHARMA INDUSTRY WILL BE PREFERRED)
Qualification- MBA in Supply Chain Mangement
Experience - 15 - 20 yrs of relevant exp.
Location - Mumbai
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have good experience of managing complex supply chain
- Strong strategic skills to be able to make the project cost effective.
- A strong and dedicated understanding towards the client's needs (External and Internal) and basic requisites .
- Knowledge of crop protection industry will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities :
The candidate will be responsible for the following :
- Accountability to develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth given in LTS with minimum percentage of Raw Material Cost of sale as per approved budget with the help of robust market intelligence and internal data which can be used to develop a long term operational forecast, including detailed technical specifications for all products utilized, the current and accurate inventory levels and vendor data.
- Accountability to submit and present day to day, monthly, Quarterly MIS reports on price trend, market analysis, forecasting, targets, inventory, funds in and out flow requirements and on various initiatives taken in the department, Concerns and to facilitate decision making on time to time
- Identify the most suitable vendors for procuring raw materials to avoid material availability risk and ensure timely delivery of raw materials at the best quality by maintain excellent relationships with the vendors as a reliable source of supply and information about the market practices. Vendors selection will be through references of their present customers, market research, thereafter vendor financial credentials, quality, integrity and capacity to supply of our required products and services. Finally, committee inspection and their recommendations (Committee includes Commercial, Quality and finance) and monitor their continues performance.
- Accountability to analyze the Sales and Operations Planning meeting metrics and present the metrics of delivery performance, forecast vs. actual sales, dispatch adherence, excess inventory and trend analysis
- Review weekly Sales & Supply trends within month and advice corrective actions
- Track dispatch adherence to plan (% On Time Delivery)
- Ensures a highly-motivated work force by regular interactions within the team and develop the next level of leadership within the team by focusing on capability development for achieving time to time assigned goals by Management
- Key accountability to have Customer Satisfaction by ensure effective Supply Chain planning to enhance service delivery to customers as per schedules given (Timely delivery of the Finished Goods to Customer) and
- Supply Chain Costs by Ensure cost of Supply Chain activities and inventory holding is optimized through efficient planning (% improvement of Logistic cost, Timely delivery of Raw materials to the respective plants).
- Supply Chain Quality Assurance & Controls by Ensuring adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and efficient tracking of execution against plan weekly, address non-adherence issues and flag open issues.
- Supply Chain Performance Monitoring by Compliance to all SOP metrics in a timely manner
