5. Planning for Group companies procurement cost savings techniques.
6. Suggest the top management on CAPEX & Commodity vendors global scenario and best practices.
7 Constant study on the LME to decide on spot booking/ Hedging .
8. Identifying the cost saving CIP projects across ARG supply chain process.
9. Develop & nurture the strong vendor
Operational :
1. Managing the Procurement team with high integrity & motivations.
2. Supporting the Team Leaders on special projects procurement's & crisis management.
3. Develop Global procurement practices, systems & processes in Group Procurement dept.
4. Strict implementation of vendor monitoring system
5.Create competitive spirit among the team for better performance.
6. work closely with Project heads & plant heads for smooth delivery of machines & materials.
7. Comprehensive understanding of commercial laws applicable in India
8.Exposure to scientific management tools in Supply Chain Management.
9.. Conversant with all relevant commercial laws around taxation, excise duty, service tax, contract act and export/import
- Knowledge on supply chain function related to Battery manufacturing & Plastic moulding machines, & Sheet metal industry & electronic plant equipments. Modern Supply chain processes and Global commodity market & trends.
- Exposure on Logistics / warehouse/ Exports / Imports
Minimum Exp. : 15- 20 years experience in same SCM
Minimum Qualification : B.E. Mech. & MBA
SAP / ERP hands on experience
