Senior HVAC FRevit Designer - Real Estate (14-20 yrs)
The Scope of Work Shall Primarily include but not Limited to the following:
- The inspection comprises of Visual, dimensional, physical, functional.
- BVIL shall have to attend inspection call in and around project works and testing lab.
- BVIL may be required to work beyond normal working hours or on Sunday/Holidays depending upon the urgency of job / Pending inspection calls.
- Review of documents such as contractor's Quality Plan, ITP, GFC drawings, Document Control and Recodes, method Statements and Suggestion, if any for improvement
- BVIL shall check to ensure that the site is equipped with necessary documents like copy of agreement, contract specification- BIS codes, List of approved manufactures, tools for checking quality of work and testing facilities, calibration report of equipment being used in field in field lab.
- BVIL shall check to ensure that site records like inspection register, cement register, material receipt registers, test register & site order book etc. are being maintained in prescribed forms and are being periodically reviewed by inspecting officers. BVIL shall carry out random audit of materials received at site and give feedback.
- BVIL shall check on specific controls on various processes of execution being exercised by the executing agency which would have direct bearing on the quality of Work
- The inspection shall cover all the activities of the Construction which are inclusive but are not limited to: Excavation and Foundations
- Super basement and external Infrastructure works Structural works-Reinforced Concrete, Steel Structure,Brick work Plastering,Finishing items like Flooring Gypsum Plaster/POP, Painting
- False Ceiling Doors & Windows Stonework/Cladding fagade,Tiling Woodwork,External Site Development etc.,Curtain Walls, Joinery, tanking, waterproofing, To review and approve the methodology and commissioning of swimming pool, STP,WTP, generators community center Fixtures.
- The inspection shall also cover checking of documentation which will include: Site Acceptance of all materials,GFC, ITP & MS Project Quality Plan, etc.
- The Inspection services shall be provided based on the following reference Documents Project's technical specifications
- Approved Design of the Project (GFC Drawing)
- As Built design
- Material/Building product's technical specifications.
- Installation Procedures
- Documents related to the Work Control (working report documents, mailing and order for workers, etc.)
- Testing and commissioning procedures /methodology
- The QA QC Head shall extensively verify the approved Quality Control Plan at the site and then proceed for monthly Inspections. During the course of the Inspection, the QA QC Lead is required to submit the following reports to DLF Quality rating of the Product as per the agreed format on monthly basis.
- Analysis of NCRs and nature of repeat NCRs with root cause analysis, Recommendations on improvements based on Good Practices of the Industry (on Quarterly Basis).
- Monthly meeting with the Central Technical/Central Quality Team of DLF, Final Inspection Report at the end of the Construction Stage. Review of Laboratory set up for carrying out site testing including periodic calibration of measuring and testing devices. The Inspection shall be based on thorough site visit and detailed inspection of Quality Control procedures.
An Inspection shall also include:
- Inspection team shall be submitted before the start of work and the QA/QC Head shall get the same approved from DLF before the start of work.
- Case of changeover, DLF retains the right of requesting a change in the Inspection Team composition if required.
- Inspection Calendar. Submission of the Daily, weekly and Monthly reports to the Central Technical / Quality team of DLF.
- If required, offsite inspection of the Contractor's RMC plant/factory/ raw material source etc.
- Third Party Inspection Services at Site: To ensure that the works executed on site are constantly conforming to the approved drawings, in compliance with the project specification requirements and in accordance with approved work procedures.
