Senior Interior Architect - Hospitality & Residential Projects (7-10 yrs)
About the projects :
The team works on varied projects. Architectural projects include Schools, Apartment complexes, Houses and Farmhouses, Hotels, Resorts, Foot bridges. Urban Design Projects include Street market design, Public space and Junction design. Interior Design Projects include Hosptitality, Residential and Commercial project. Projects are located in India and outside India.
Job Description :
1. Taking project from Concept design to working drawings and execution at site.
2. Software skills: Autocad, powerpoint, word excel
3. Experience in doing hospitality and residential is required. Not looking for a person with experience in retail or office interiors.
4. Should be able to handle the project and the clients and contractors.
5. Should Have experience in the selection of materials, fabric etc.
6. Good Communication skills are important.
7. Should be able to handle a team of 2-3 people and manage multiple projects at a time.
