Senior Interior Design Manager - 3D Modeling/Architectural Drawing (6-15 yrs)
- Senior Interior Design Manager
- To understand the design project
- To prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design
- To co-ordinate the internal design team for the project
- To take responsibility for the development of the design and the project.
- To execute, design and plan the details of civil & interior work of various projects
- To plan the costs of the projects.
- To coordinate with contractors, project team and ensuring standards of quality & time.
- To attend Client meetings to draw up a design brief.
- To attend periodic site meetings to supervise on site work.
- To coordinate with engineers regarding costing of the projects.
- To coordinate with architect, engineer for selecting, purchasing and ordering of materials.
- To design, conceptualize, working drawing, 3D modelling, 2D drafting, Space planning, detailing etc.
- To perform R&D activities, keep abreast with new design development.
- Be recognized as the Omaha office's expert in Hospitality interior design.
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture / M. Arch in interior design, preferred is a graduate degree in architecture majoring in interior design.
- 7 years of working experience in an architectural or interior design organization with emphasis on residential and hospitality design projects.
- Project management experience is required because the management of outside design firms will be part of this role.
