Senior Interior Designer (12-14 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead luxury interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.
- Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software to produce detailed project drawings and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive project dockets, including design concepts, material specifications, and installation plans.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to execute design vision effectively.
- Stay updated on latest trends, materials, and technologies in luxury interior design.
- Oversee material sourcing, procurement, and application, ensuring highest standards of craftsmanship and aesthetics.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and their applications in luxury design projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
