Senior Inventory Analyst - Medical Devices (5-8 yrs)
The opportunity is with one of the leading medical device MNCs headquartered in the US.
Main Purpose of Role :
(1) The Inventory Analysis shall be responsible for the day to day materials management operations within OTs and the Endoscopy Suites. The incumbent will be embedded at the client site (Hospital Facility).
(2) Utilizing the inventory management system developed for the purpose, the Inventory Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the local booking of delivered stock and consumption reporting is accurate and conforms to work instructions and good practice.
(3) Managing new product entries and obsolescence reporting will be a key requirement as well as ensuring product availability in a timely manner and managing stock levels and expirations.
(4) Liaising with back office function will be a key responsibility to ensure commitments are honored.
Qualifications/Experience :
(1) Communication. Good English language skills are an absolute requirement.
(2) Education. A good standard of general education, commercial awareness & professionalism.
(3) Experience. Working in supply chain/ inventory related roles, or data analyst roles. In addition, working with private companies in the healthcare sector or large multinational companies is a plus.
