Senior Layout Engineer (3-12 yrs)
Company: a leading Product Engineering company specializing in Semiconductor, Embedded, Artificial Intelligence, and Automotive domains.
Location: Bangalore
Employment: Full Time. Permanent on-roll job with the company
Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days notice
Experience: 3 to 10 years
Job Description:
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3 to 12 years
1. Should have a very good understanding of semiconductor and analog basics.
2. Good hands-on experience in top level integration and block level analog layouts like ADC/DAC/PLL/high speed Serdes, Power Management blocks
3. Hands-on experience in 7nm, 5nm. N3E or lower node experience is a plus.
4. Good Experience with floor planning, matching, EM/IR and DFM issues and other analog layout related concepts and hands on implementation from scratch.
5. Experience of LVS, Density, lower node DRC- s, Parasitic reduction and other lower node challenges.
6. Good experience in using industry standard EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics Caliber etc.
7. Good problem solving and logical reasoning skills. Good communication skills required.
