Senior Maintenance Engineer (3-10 yrs)
1. Handle day to day maintenance activities.
2. Handle mechanical breakdown maintenance of machine shop, LC shop, Fabrication, utilities and plant.
3. Carrying out of preventive maintenance as per planner on machines.
4. Knowledge on maintenance of MIG/TIG Welding machines.
5. Coordinate TPM & TQM initiatives planned time to time.
6. Implement Best maintenance practices/process in line with TQM/TPM.
7. Experience in CNC/Conventional/LC/Bending/Welding machine maintenance is preferred.
8. Monitor and control machine and facility usage parameters to ensure longevity and accuracy.
9. Improve machine efficiency and reduce wastage by ensuring proper TP/TQM practices as planned along with 100% up-time of equipment.
10. Coordinate safety activities.
11. Ensure the right spares are used and stocks maintained in line with the criticality of machines and availability.
12. Handle shift manpower.
13. Implement 5's in maintenance.
14. Maintain QMS and EMS documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015.
15. Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, Industrial machine maintenance and machine components.
16. Knowledge of machine breakdown analysis, root causes analysis for breakdown.
17. Knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance.
18. Knowledge of Clit,5- s, JH and Kaizen.
