Senior Manager/AGM/DGM/Lead - Battery System Development (11-16 yrs)
1. Lead the development of advanced battery systems for electric motorcycles, from concept to production.
2. Drive innovation in battery technology, ensuring optimal performance, energy density, and efficiency.
3. Package all elements of the battery Packs: Cells, Structural systems, Busbars, Wire harness, thermal systems, BMS and Safety.
4. Implementing DFMEA, DFM, DFA to design and documentation.
5. Structural, Vibrational Analysis for battery pack, Mold flow analysis of parts.
6. Preparation of 3D model, Detailed drawings & Bom creation.
7. Design and development of low voltages and high voltage lithium-ion packs.
8. Vehicle Packaging and integration study for static and dynamic interface
9. Conducting vehicle level Design review DFM, DFA, and D.
