Job Description :
- Incumbent will be responsible to oversee the Maintenance & Reliability function of the plants operate reliably and stay best-in-class in Engineering and Maintenance domain.
- Improve technical competency of maintenance workforce.
- Identify and develop Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Maintenance domain.
- Collaboration with Unit and Corporate Digital Team to identify predictive maintenance.
- Major plant shutdowns- Institute proper planning and scheduling so that time and costs are adhered.
Technical Competencies :
- Knowledge of Process and Equipment (Aluminum, Copper and Power)
- Industry expertise in Maintenance Functions
- International perspective / Benchmarking
- Global networking skills
- Advanced data Analytic tools
- Excellent MS Office suit skills
- Knowledge and experience of ERP systems
- Knowledge of Analytics and process improvement tools.
