Senior Manager Civil - Planning & Monitoring Projects (8-13 yrs)
Job Description :
1 Monitor the actual work on a daily basis against the planned work and ensure timely fill up of the daily activity form
2 Update and share DPR with the head office with necessary completion status against each WBS activity
3 Ensure cost settlement on appropriate WBS and resolve any related queries
4 Assist TM - Cost Settlement in all billing & settlement activities against each order
5 Capture and coordinate the reservations for materials that have been requested
6 Prepare monthly MIS as per the standardized templates
7 Identify type of events / information to be captured in the lessons learnt document at the end of the project
Salary:INR 10,00,000 - 14,00,000 P.A.
