Senior Manager/DGM/Head - FMSS Operations - Telecom (10-15 yrs)

Function / Sub Function : FMSS
Role Title : FMSS - Head
Reporting Structure (Organogram) : Circle FMSS Head - Regional Head - Function Head - MD
Responsibility Level (Band) : M3/M3A
Job responsibility :
- Take ownership for end to end services provided by FMSS function, Direct and oversee implementation of the assigned works, activities, and projects. (House keep, Travel, Pantry, Cafeteria, Transport, Postal, Security, Hotels, Event management, Projects and Maintenance )
- Evaluate and select agencies / vendors for delivery of Soft and technical services.
- Develop and monitor delivery plan of services agencies, with focus on customer centricity, by day - to- day engagement
- Do a periodic performance review of the agencies and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive safety initiatives, by actively coordinating with the corporate and circle safety team, and ensure all practices are successfully implemented in the locations.
- Prepare and provide MIS reports, on time, as required by various stake holders.
- Provide real estate support to users, in terms of property identification, interior development and lease management.
- Provided event management support for internal and external events, by engaging with hotels and event support agencies.
- Manage FMSS projects, from design to deployment, by tracking, monitoring and control, for qualitative and quantitative delivery
- Manage overall of cost of the location, Capex and Opex, within budget by planning, monitoring, control and optimization.
- Participate and contribute for innovative services in FMSS. Actively contribute for national projects.
- Liaise with the local bodies, consultants and authorities for statutory compliance and dispute resolution.
- Implement policies and procedures, as directed, time to time. Review process effective using quality tools like six sigma, and make improvement plan..
- Effectively engage with customers by various means for an active feedback on services and devise action plan for shortfalls and improvements.
- Coordinate among the various stake holders like HR, Finance, Procurement and others for delivery of services.
- Seamlessly integrate with circle / corporate team, seek and provide necessary guidance and support.
- Co-ordinate with various internal and external audit agencies for carrying out the statutory and performance audits
Span of control : MBU, Circle,Key Customer, External Customer, Vendors / Government Bodies & Employees
Necessary/Preferred Skills :
Facility Management, Administration For Large Offices, Knowledge Towards Local Laws & Understanding of Regulatory / Statutory Requirements & Hospitality Management
Qualification : Graduate/PG + MBA
Overall Work Experience : 10 - 15 Years, Min. Of 10 -12 Years & Served At A Manager Level For at least 6 years.
