Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the design & development of Electrical Vehicle systems for electric motorcycles, overseeing the entire lifecycle from concept to production.

- Create vehicle architecture and structure for high voltage systems, ensuring robust design and integration of components.

- Manage and mentor a team of skilled electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, design, and manufacturing to seamlessly integrate systems such as battery, motor, controller, and cluster into the products.

- Drive continuous improvement in R&D processes and methodologies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Proven experience (14+ years) in designing and developing electrical systems for automotive or electric vehicle applications.

- Strong technical expertise in vehicle architecture, high voltage systems, and component design.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
