Senior Manager - Electronics Design (13-15 yrs)
- To design Specific requirement in Gen-sets Electrical System and control and assist implementation as per new product development or customer requirement / application.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Gen-sets Electronics, ECU programming & electrical design or design of electronic goods.
- Must be able to design electrical layouts,ECU interface and programming / configuration & Electronics controls.
- Must have in depth knowledge of advanced analogue and digital circuitry, embedded system design & digital electronics.
- Must be capable to understand basic requirement from the customer & develop concept in to workable electronics solution.
- Prepare design of specific electrical system and controls as required by clients
- Preparation of Electrical drawings and wiring Harness drawing in Auto CAD
- Maintain Design Process such as DMP & ECN
- Preparation of Electrical BOM for Engine & Genset
- All Electrical Design SAP Work: Material Code creation,Part Extension,stock Checking, Genset BOM Updation.
- Daily electrical GRN clearance and maintain check sheet with PDI reports.
- Communication of Quality concerns in Electrical parts to supplier
- Following SCAR & CAPA activities for Quatity issues.
- Prepare monthly Electrical DRQR data & Communicating to supplier
