CAPEX & OPEX BUDGETING
- Working well within the allocated budget & with tight deadlines Ensuring annual contract with the Security Agency Guide, coach & mentor the Functional Health Safety & Welfare (HSW) SPOC's to implement initiatives across all Business Functions
- Ensuring AMC of all equipments like Air conditioners, DG sets etc. AMC's & Quarterly Inspections & corrective action for all Security systems like Access control, CCTV systems, Fire detection systems, Fire extinguishers etc.
- Conduct Monthly & Quarterly reviews of the process
- Ensure delivery of Projects like setting up of new offices, renovations, Repairs & Maintenance etc.
- Analysis & reconciliation of the Access control & CCTV data Assist the management in making Health & Safety decisions
- Ensure effective Housekeeping services
- Issuance of Access to restricted areas after proper approvals
- Investigate various incidents & implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence
- Ensure seamless travel & event management
- Deploying optimal security manpower at all locations
- Conduct Internal Audits, Field visits & assess compliance on the field & take action on the non-compliances observed
