Senior Manager - Foundry (10-15 yrs)
Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engg.
Experience : 10- 15 Years
Responsibilities :
- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning evaluating department objectives.
- To ensure Foundry process is carried out as per defined work instruction & maintain all the process parameters as per the specified.
- Ensure maximum productivity by using continual improvement method.
- Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
- Accomplishes staff result by communicating job expectations, planning monitoring and appraising job Results.
- Develops, coordinates and enforces systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards, ensures a safe secure and legal work environment
- Special focus required to improve the productivity, recovery & efficiency of the process.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related result as needed.
- Participating as a team member in ERP system and ISO activities and ensure the conformities of Quality & Environmental Management System.
- Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees. Continual review and ensure all discipline, safety and 5'S measures.
Requisite Skills :
- Overall Process and quality control knowledge of Productions, achieves production targets and productivity planning, capability of manpower planning, Supporting Management in different rolls and ERP knowledge.
