The startup is currently in Launch mode & is looking for a Logistics, supply chain and operations Manager who can bring in the fast pace in the growth of the business

Role/ Designation: Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations Head

Job Description : We are looking for the Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations Head, who will help in managing operations, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, fulfillment centers etc

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree with minimum work experience of 3 years with at least 3 years of experience in Analytics or Supply Chain in a corporate setting.

- Proven experience in analytically driven supply chain management techniques

- Help in scaling up operations across India

- Establishes city operations for the start-up phase and oversee the operations till the scaling phase with a long term view

- An outstanding ability to think strategically, and to identify and resolve problems

- A self-motivated individual who derives their source of energy from people and ideas and knows how to get the best from the available resources.

- Excellent judgment/decision making, leadership and motivational skills.

- Should have strong work ethic and positive team attitude

- Candidate should have an advance knowledge of MS Excel,MS word, Power point

- Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities:

- Recommend optimal utilization of the Vehicles, transportation modes, routing, equipment, or Frequency to ensure better productivity.

- Supervise the work of Warehouse Manager and Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles.

- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

- Analyze all aspects of logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of storing, picking, transporting products or supplies

- Overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels

- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with divisions or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping, etc.

- Alignment with Operating company's operating model to create logical business operations that deliver excellent customer services

- Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes

- Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency period.

- Share best practices, developing training and competencies within both Supply Chain Analytics and the broader analytics group

- Inventory management/Distribution/Logistics planning

- Review global, national, or regional transportation standards or logistics systems for ways to improve efficiency or minimize the impact of logistics costs and activities. Identify potential projects to deliver changes and improvements to the supply chain and commission those selected projects.

- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems or customer issues.

- Manage all aspects of vendor relationships within the region including inventory control, on-time delivery, responsiveness and expenses.

- Analyses, validates and derives insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources. Create visual reporting and graphical depictions of data

Compensation:

The compensation package will include 2 components :

- Equity Shares/eSOPs (which should be the biggest motivation)

- Startup Salary (to cover your current expenses comfortably)

Company Profile : We are a Validation Stage startup in the daily commute technology space. Currently, we are running pilots for our key MVPs to find Product-Market Fit.
