Senior Manager - Last Mile Delivery Operations (5-6 yrs)
Expectations from the job role: Person will be responsible for Last mile metro city P&L (City with 5-6 DCs), day to day operations and process adherence
Key Responsibilities :
1. Operational excellence and achievement of Operational KPIs
2. Execution of operational plans
3. Managing daily operations - operations at the Metro City level, planning and scheduling and control
4. Ensuring cost control and optimization
5. Ensuring compliance and adherence to the systems and processes
6. Build, train, manage the team's performance
Should have :
1. Hands on experience of working in Last mile
2. Knowledge of local manpower dynamic (Mumbai)
3. experience of handling large teams
4. Should have a sense of urgency and be able to prioritize the work in accordance with the immediate requirements of the organization.
5. Comfortable with long working hours
Technical Requirement : Excel proficiency
Preferred/previous employer : Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Delhivery, Swiggy
Potential Current Designations : Senior Area Manager, Senior manager, City Head
Educational Requirement: Nitti, IIT
