Senior Manager - Liasoning Architect - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)
Position : Senior Manager - Liasoning Architect ( Mumbai based Candidates who are currently working with a Real Estate Company need only apply) .
Location : Mumbai
Education: B.Arch/B.E.Civil or M.Arch or M.E.-Civil
Salary CTC : 18-24 Lakhs
Experience : 10 - 15 Years of Experience as a Liasoning Architect in a reputed Real Estate Company and have experience in residential projects.
1. Prepare Various type of project reports such as SRA, Redevelopment and Layouts.
2. Working on various redevelopment and SRA Schemes
3. Liaisoning with officials of various Government / Semi Government department such as follows:
- BMC/TMC/KDMC
- Ward Office (BMC)
- Mantralay, MHADA
- Building Proposal Office
- Town Planning Dept.
- Tree, water, Drainage, CFO, Traffic Dept.
- Collector Office
- Tahsildar Office / City Survey
- Other Government Officers
4. Systematic follow up of the redevelopment proposals, residential Towers in Mumbai with the MHADA, Municipal authorities, MCZMA, Urban Development Department and other government agencies like CIDCO and City Survey.
5. Should be well versed with DCR 33/7, 33/10 etc.
