Job Description:

- Provide high-level technical infra-MEP design analysis, critique, including developments.

- Lead the preparation of innovative and commercially viable precinct masterplans to ensure that development is planned and delivered with high quality sustainable outcomes.

- Manage projects effectively and professionally by managing project programs, resources, budgets and identify risks to project delivery.

- Initiate and manage work performed by internal stake holder and external consultants, where projects require use of expertise, to achieve project outcomes.

- Develop partnerships and good working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

Technical skill :

- Having strong technical knowledge of Infra Plumbing & Fire Fighting, Electrical, and HVAC system design.

- Having strong technical knowledge of overall design of infra MEPF systems & deliverables, including Concept, Scheme, Design Development, Tender Design / Documentation (including Technical Specification, BOQ, Schedules and Drawings).

- Having knowledge on water treatment plants like WTP and STP.

- Research, design and document PHE Components to meet various government requirements (like -Environment Clearance, IGBC, LEED, etc.) in both large and small projects.

- Having ability to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of MEPF services.

- Good understanding of BOQs and specifications for tender documents and preparation & checking of drawings.

- Requires interaction with other disciplines to complete design tasks. Coordinate structural and Architectural drawings with other services drawings to integrate with MEPF drawings prior to issuance.

- Travels to project locations for project meetings, presentations, site visits, etc.

- Having experience in working in Revit (MEP), water CAD, Jems software, etc.

- Advice on all issues regarding NET ZERO WATER AND ENERGY and ensure that the appropriate documentation and information is provided to the proper authorities to obtain the LEED, IGBC standard required on the project.

- Design, Planning, Managing, Implementation of city infra services SystemPower/water supply/Storm/Drainage services.

- Having a strong hold on Hydraulic and mechanical calculations.

- Data Integration & configuration of Field PLC- s/RTU- s/Remote IO's & HMI's with central SCADA.

- Substation Automation System-SCADA Deployment.

- Building Automation (BMS) and Automation/Process Control.

- Substation Automation System-SCADA Deployment.

- Building Automation (BMS) and Automation/Process Control.

- Power Distribution, Field Measurement & Sensors.

- Design of MEP systems including engineering calculations and specifications.

Responsibilities :

- Co-ordination with Liaison and Utility Provider for Sourcing Utilities at site.

- Technical and Cost Inputs to BD Team for upcoming Developments.

- Development of New Technology in MEP Sector to be utilized in the Projects.

- Development of New consultants / vendors in MEP.

- MEP, Electrical, Instrument.

Qualifications : 

- BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical with 8-12 years of experience in Infra MEP services design.

- PHE and Electrical Design experience is a must. Indian & international standards knowledge & compliance to code.
