Senior Manager/Manager - Research Scientist - Inorganic Chemistry (15-21 yrs)
Qualification : PhD/Post-Doc in Inorganic Chemistry
Job Description :
- Experience in Inorganic Chemistry & Research on Salt - metal,Metal,Potassium & magnesium.
- Should be responsible for all aspects of new product development including Metallocenes, new polyolefin catalysts, donors for polyolefin catalysts, Magnesium ethoxide, Magnesium Alkoxides and its related technologies
- Direct interaction with customers, understanding their needs, troubleshooting synthesis problems and providing new solutions for polyolefin catalyst synthesis that include Metallocene and Zieglar Natta with lower costs
- Highly air and moisture sensitive metallocenes has been synthesized by team and includes extremely complex, multi step organic synthesis followed by working in anaerobic conditions for final step synthesis
- Testing of Metallocenes in homogeneous as well as heterogeneous phase as required by customer.
- Four new metallocenes developed has been approved by customers. Process for scale up in kilo lab under way.
- New business development in the areas of petrochemicals and other chemical companies
- Candidate should be M.Sc-Inorganic Chemistry with more than 10 years Exp & Ph.D-Inorganic Chemistry with 5 years of experience in Salt metal/ Metal / copper / Potassium and Magnesium. Product and researching new molecule in the same
