Senior Manager/Manager - Structural & Fabrication (10-20 yrs)
Our client are working from 130 years, Its and MNC manufacturing, They are Manufacturer of Textile Machinery
Position : Sr. Manager OR Manager - Structural and Fabrication
Reporting to : General Manager - Structural and Fabrication
Location : Ahmedabad
Age : 35+ years
Qualification : ME / BE - (Mechanical / Welding Technology / Metallurgy from premier, reputed Institute
Experience : 12-15 Years of relevant work experience in Machine Building Company is MUST (Engineering Product)
Key requirements :
- Handle various machines / processes like Laser cutting, CNC Bending processes, Press breaks
- Hands-on knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes, must have worked with SS and MS sheet metal
- Exposure in handling of medium or light fabrication shop (sheet metal industry) in machine building company, MNC exposure will added advantage
- Responsible for execution of Production Plan and timely delivery of qualitative products
- Should have experience in making jigs- fixtures for repeatability and productivity in fabrication
- Knowledge of CNC machines like laser cutting (Trumpf), press brakes, gas cutting stations is MUST
- Able to manage shop floor and supervise 200+ head count in a shift
- Well versed in understanding the technical drawings / parameters and guide the workforce
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concept will be given preference.
- Computer proficiency and fluency in English and Gujarati language is primary requirement
