Job description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The position is a balance between Client and Co, working with clients as a technical expert delivering Process solutions to a broad base of Tyre and Rubber Product Industries .

- Will understand Customer's expectations, organize back- end processes involving Product Development and Manufacturing Team and deliver product solutions to Customers with the aim of achieving - Total Customer Satisfaction- .

- Provide suitable solution to customer which include application development trial management and technical services.

- Will coordinate with Marketing and Sales for Business development and Sales promotion

Qualification :

- BE /B Tech ; Rubber Technology, PG-DRI (Indian Rubber Institute )

- Industry Type ; Chemical, manufacture Rubber molding release agents, Precipitated Silica and EVA & Poly bags

Functional Area : Business development and Technical service .

Location : To be located at Delhi . Work area will be All India with more focus in North and West of India

Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent, Senior position

Pay Package : To be offered reference to current status

Experience :

- Min 5 years experience in Tyre Manufacturing (Preferred ) or Rubber Product manufacturing Industry .

- Have work experience in the area of Tyre Curing (Preferred), Rubber Compound Mixing Area, Rubber Auto Product manufacturing.

- Have Min 10 years of experience in the field of sale-Service of products like Tyre inside and Bladder lubricants, Auto product mold release agents, Antitank solution for rubber compounds

Required Skills :

- Good communication skills in written, spoken English and adept at computer skills

- Attention for detail and Tyre and rubber product manufacturing process knowledge

- Team player

- Pleasing personality added with convenience skills
