Senior Manager - Manufacturing Excellence & Business Initiatives - Manufacturing (7-12 yrs)
- Managing Existing Plants and New Plants in pipe-line
- Audit the existing TPM implementation as per Audit Protocol.
- Identification, facilitation and training of improvement projects.
- Support in developing Loss deployment matrix across the organization. (Cost, quality, productivity, material, dispatch, Safety, customer complaint etc)
- Driving the Six Sigma matrix and reporting to all the stake holders.
- Also, ensuring team participation in internal as well as external competition.
- Participate in the development of a labor relations strategy, and the implementation of that strategy.
- Participate in a business simplification initiative.
- Participate in a manufacturing cost-reduction initiative.
Candidate Requirement :
- B.E / MBA ( preferred )
- TPM / BLACK BELT / Lean Management is a must
- Should have worked in plant level dynamics
- Good understanding of Performance & Processes
