Senior Manager - Manufacturing Operations (17-23 yrs)
- Production, Inventory Control, Ensure compliance to Quality and environmental management system, CFR 21 PART 820 and other applicable statutory requirements
- To overall control the manufacturing operations to meet and strive to exceed the planned quality production volume.
- To ensure compliance to Drugs and Cosmetics Act and other statutory requirements.
- Track and control department wise rejects within the agreed norms as per the budget and as agreed with the superior from time to time by taking the faster actions by anticipation mode and the next steps driven by action plans towards building up of systems.
- Track plan and act to maximize the plant capacity utilization in terms of manpower machine and materials
- Monitor and ensure the minimum stocks availability of the quality control passed main raw materials. In case of any problems predicted raise issues with planning, purchase department and inform management.
- Track and control that the various departmental budgeted targets are met and where possible can be exceeded.
- Build system for monitoring the packaging materials reconciliation and to take next steps along with the planning department.
- Build people capability through regular training and emphasize on the team's commitment towards achieving of the overall company's objective and corporate mission statement
- Ensure and build systems for following of safe practices, using of personal protective to minimize accidents, incidents through training, providing of adequate PPs.
To Ensure General and Departmental safe practices and company safe practices are followed through :
a) Monitoring, review and attending departmental meetings,
b) Regular review of trends and
c) Plant rounds
