Senior Manager - MEP (16-24 yrs)
- B.E./B.Tech ( Electrical / Mechanical) with 16 - 24 years of experience in site execution of multidisciplinary MEP services for Multistoried / Residential / Villas Gated Community Projects.
- Knowledge in HT, LT, Lift/Elevators/Escalators, Plumbing, Fire Protection services/ Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV/ BMS, CCTV's, Electronic Security systems, Drainage, Water Supply, WTP / STP, designs of plumbing levels, Pressure methods and waterproofing.
- Should have site execution experience for different types of building projects, would be responsible for overall supervision for multiple projects.
- Good knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire-Fighting related project execution.
- Capable of doing heat load, pump head, External Static Pressure calculations, understanding drawings.
- He must be experienced on testing/commissioning of HVAC systems especially air balancing, water balancing and generating various reports.
- Good Communication skills.
