Senior Manager - Moulds & Tooling (6-8 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Knowledge of tire manufacturing tooling
- Managing Tooling design team
- Completion of drawings in targeted time
- Assist in Qualification of Vendors
- 3D modelling of tire models
- Inspections of Machinery, Molds and tooling
- Support to Achieve departmental targets as per priority
- Tire 3D model Preparation in CATIA and Uni-Graphics
- Co-ordinate with Mold and tooling manufacturers
- Tire curing bladder selection and bladder clamp ring design
- Work on in-house developed PLM software
- Inspection of molds and toolings
- Inspection of tire manufacturing machinery
Qualification and Experience :
- Work experience in MS office software
- Should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD - (Mandatory Requirement)
- Hands on Experience in CAD software like Uni-Graphics and CATIA
- Exposure to tire design methodology and manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of material used for molds and tooling- s
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong Problem Solving skills with ability to trouble shoot issues
- Good analytical skills
- Capability to ensure clarity around goals and priority
- Ability to create reports for senior management
