Hiring for a leading Third Party Logistics (3PL) company
Key Responsibilities:
- Managed overall planning, operations for Supply Chain in Manufacturing Facility of Farm Equipment Sector (FES).
- Ability to understand processes and implement / establish controls on processes, documentation and cost
- Candidates from 3PL/ Engineering/Heavy Machinery/ Equipment/ Auto industry will be preferred.
- Good Leadership Qualities and Strong communication, networking skills.
Responsible for Stores and Linefeed operation as well as for Inbound Transportation
- SLA achievement
- Customer satisfaction
- People management and Training
- BA engagement
- MIS Management
- Introduction of best practices
Functional Experience Requirements:
- Managing warehouse, stores, line feed solutions.
- Act as a operations head for the location.
- Directly responsible for improving profitability of running and upcoming projects.
- Strong in Project Management skills, Budgeting, Capital Mgmt, Resource allocation.
- Allocation resources, coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of the project to the customer within defined TAT.
- Managing Inbound Transportation, Route Planning, networking with transport vendors and fleet owners.
- Process Improvement implementation and strong knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, QC Tools, PDCA.
Educational Qualifications :
- Preferably Engineering Graduate with MBA
Work Experience :
- 10+ years experience, Managed a team of 80-100.
