Senior Manager - Operations & Maintenance (14-19 yrs)
Location : Central Africa
Experience : 15 to 18 Years
Education : BE Ele. / Mech.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Deputy General Manager/General Manager in the operation and maintenance of a 50MW to 100MW diesel-based power plant
- Supervise a team of engineers and technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant
- Contribute to meeting production targets
- Assist in managing the plant budget
- Help ensure plant safety
