Senior Manager - Procurement - Direct Material/Raw Material - Chemicals (10-15 yrs)
Your tasks and responsibilities :
- Effective planning and procurement of Raw Materials.
- Development of sustainable Vendors for Supply security through extensive use of Supplier Segmentation, Sourcing Strategies and Negotiation Mapping.
Generate savings contributing to bottom line.
Supplier Management with a focus on timely delivery.
Building strong and healthy relationships with all Stakeholders / internal customers.
Who you are :
- B.Sc Chemistry/ M.Sc Chemistry with Post Graduate Qualification in Supply Management/ PGDMM.
- 10 years experience in procurement functions.
- Good command over English Language, communication skills, interpersonal skills, pleasing and persuasive mannerisms.
- Knowledge of the subject, market conditions, very good rapport with Vendors, other players (non Vendors) in the market for market intelligence.
- Negotiating Skills.
Education :
UG : B.Sc (Any Specialization, Chemistry)
PG : MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization, Other Management)
Doctorate : Not Compulsory
